With technology being a widely available tool in schools, it's important that we as teachers reflect on HOW our students are using it. It is great to have kids be able to type up essays and submit them through Google Classroom, or get reinforcement on math concepts in tools like Xtramath, ASSIStments, or iXL, but using technology in this way should be just a starting point to get the kids collaborating, communicating, thinking critically, and being creative.
